Dieting can be a tricky business for any one thinking about losing weight. Some prefer to hold back on eating normal food while others go on to take additional supplements. Most of them became dependent with energy drinks. They are so much tempted with this flavored beverage while bringing the belief that it will increase their performance. The founders were looking for foods that could replace hormone replacement therapy and help to alleviate menopausal discomforts such as hot flashes. Zoe Foods’ Flax and Soy Clusters, for example, is a granola cereal with flaxseed and soy, providing phytoestrogens, fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids.
When tea leaves are used, they should be completely immersed in hot water and not left floating on top. Short time durations lead to higher caffeine levels and low Polyphenols. Hence higher steeping times should be used to increase Polyphenols producing the best results.
Lastly, once any kind of sweetener is added to Green Tea, It totally kills off the whole dieting benefit of Green Tea. Be it Honey or normal sugar; do not drink sweetened green tea. However, if your taste buds cannot accept the bitterness in any way, as a last resort go for the Herbal replacement ‘Stevia’.
